I love the team here especially John. He's one of those people who truly care about people and he's someone who you can be honest with and who listens. He's not about $ he's about people and I've never met someone who is so passionate about what they do. It's been a year since I have been in the program and I called him right up and he took care of my needs and took so much stress's off my shoulders. I don't think there's anyone else who would care about my problems like he does and he takes them head on. What a godsend I love how passionate he is about helping people and how he made me feel at ease and heard. I'm really lucky I found this place and found someone whose willing to do everything they can to find someone the help they need. Dr.Bala has been a wonderful and very patient Dr. for the 3 years I've been going to his office. John Grohman the Compliance Officer is understanding, proffesional and always quick to help you when you need it. They make going to the Dr. stress free!

Been a long time patient at Dr Bala's office and been through a few changes but since having John the compliance official at with the office things run so smoothly. I no longer have to waist half day going to the doctor office because he makes sure your doing what your required and gets you out of there. Ever since John has been promoted to compliance officer there in the clinic, I have had no problems or issues. He is a person you can actually talk to things are much easier now that John is in the office I am so appreciative of how much they have done for me and the past few years just want to thank you so much John and to the rest of Dr Bala and their crew.
